1. A digital service
FunnelTrace is an online software service. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no shipping charges.
2. Delivery
Access is given on activation. When your workspace is activated, through an invitation to the pilot or when your subscription starts, we email access instructions to your account's email address. If you have not received them after activation, email connect@funneltrace.com.
3. What our customers sell
Coaches use FunnelTrace to sell their own programmes and services. How and when those are delivered is set by each coach's own delivery policy. Please contact the coach.
